When doing the first part of the install on fedora, You need to drop 
into a shell environment and issue the service firstboot off command.  
That disables firstboot and the inaccessible stuff when fedora is used 
for the first time after the install.  This has been in several earlier 
versions of fedora and is needlessly inaccessible.
