[orca-list] usb distors

Hello everyone,
Is there any usb distros anyone here would recommend to use with a pen drive? My requirements are as 
follows... At least to have some type of screen access such as orca and a magnifier. If so, would i use the 
"dd" command to burn the distribution to the pendrive or would i need to install the OS?
