[orca-list] another strange behavior observed in Thunderbird

Hello all,
I had already reported a strange behavior in tb, where it took a lot of 
time for Orca to report login prompt even after it appeared on the screen.
I wonder why how no one has been able to reproduce it.
But this time what I observed is even more strange.
We all are aware that when we type an email into the compose area, the 
key and word echo does not work.
But strangely enough, the same is not true with subject field or the to: 
field?
How is it that one text entry is working correctly while the other does not?
Any idea?
