I wonder if this is the same as what I've been observing where I rename a file and then if I move up and down 
the list, the old filename is spoken even though I had renamed it.  I tried several different experiments but 
I could never seem to get Orca to update the proper text to be spoken. If I remember, redrawing the screen 
would sometimes help.  But still, this is a big problem for me. I really wish I could find a different file 
browser to use until this eventually gets fixed.
