        Of course not, but your ydea is an another interesting function.
For example, you get an important notification, with are unable to 
activate the top or bottom extended panel with have the notification area.
Ok, not need worrying, you enough future goto the notification message 
list feature, navigate the notification with arrow keys, and press ENTER 
key.
ENTER key future for example activate a selected notification and 
execute associated command action.
If you for example hear "notification 18 upgrades have..." notification, 
how can now possible activate in Precise this notification in 
notification area the GNOME3 fallback session?
Technical possible doing this function?
