[orca-list] Extending notification message list feature: selected notification activation?

Hy,

If list of notification messages function have an associated keybinding, 
the feature now works following:
If the user press arrow keys, possible browsing awailable notification 
messages. If the user press space key, Orca repeat the last selected 
notification message.
If the user press h or H key, get a brief help message to known how can 
possible using this feature.
If the user press ESCAPE key, will be exiting in list of notification 
messages function.
Unfortunately missing an important function, not possible activating a 
selected notification.
Possible implementing this?
