Very interesting what showing the debug output.
Following component versions I using:
at-spi2-atk: latest master branch (higher with 2.3.90)
Atk: higher with 2.3.3 version (master branch)
at-spi2-core: higher with 2.3.90 (master branch)
When I maked the debug.out file, I used Thunderbird nightly version.
