Can you doed an enhancement request this problem related?
I doed now an enhancement request, link is following:

Only my personal openion need change this, because the beginner users 
only hear clipboard operation letters if try doing a clipboard 
operation, and not get notification the clipboard operation succesfuly 
or not.
If an user doing a cut operation independent have selected objects or 
not hear X, copy operation hear C, paste operation hear V.

I don't no following yet:
Technical possible defining an event listener for example with 
src/orca/scripts/default.py file with clipboard changes related?
If have selected content and happening a copy operation, for example if 
the verbose setting is verbose, Orca only need spokening you wanted message.
Similar with cut and paste operations.
If not have selected content and press CTRL+X or CTRL+C keystroke, Orca 
only need spokening "nothing selected" if the verbose setting is verbose.
If you try paste operation if not have object content the clipboard, 
Orca only need spokening "nothing have the clipboard" if the verbose 
setting is verbose, if the clipboard have any object, need spokening 
"paste from clipboard".
For example me if Orca will be have this notification possibility 
absolute not disturb, because if I not want hear this future message, 
simple turns the verbosity setting with brief.

I try playing this feature first with an orca-customizations.py file, 
and notify you when I have a working code.
Will be help you the testing future?
