Hmmm, I wouldn't call flash "accessible" on any platform, let alone
Linux. Perhaps some aspects of flash render it something one can live
with for certain tasks, but that's not "accessibility," imo.

PS: Flash also has no future. It's fast on the path to obsolescence in
preference to HTML5 canvas.
