[orca-list] orca 3.4.2 and capital voice pitch issue

I am runnning orca 3.4.2 with gnome 3.4. When I put the cursor over a
capital letter orca raises the pitch for it but does not lowere it when
moving off that letter. Even when reading other things orca stays locked
on this higher pitch and does not drop back to its normal voice. The
only way to fix it seems to be to reload orca prefs but after doing this
the first capital letter I encounter causes the same problem again. This
makes distinguishing capital letters hard because every time I go over a
capital letter and want to see if there is another one I have to reload
orca prefs. Any advice with this would be greatly appreciated.
