[orca-list] caps lock bug 11.10

I have a feeling that people might know what I'm talking about. Could someone fill me in on what is happening 
with the bug in ubuntu 11.10 in which capslock activates capslock even when it is supposed to be acting as an 
orca modifier? Is there a hack to disable the capslock functionality while preserving it as the orca modifyer?
