[orca-list] installing speakup again?

Hi all

I'm still trying to figure this out. I think I can be sure that it is 
not espeak, since espeak still works with orca and with emacspeak. I 
wonder if I could not just install it again. Would that create more 
problems if I just started as though I had nothing on my computer, 
installing speakup from scratch? How exactly can I find speakup if it is 
still installed?
