[orca-list] Keyboard regressions? There's a bug for that! :)

Hey guys.

Given how much I've refactored Orca's keyboard related functionality, it
is not terribly surprising that Attila and Dave found issues. Therefore,
I've opened a new bug for all things keyecho which broke since I began
refactoring: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=667283

If you find new items, please add them to that bug as comments. I will
also keep that bug open because, whilst I'm getting close to being done
with keyboard refactoring, I ain't quite done yet.
