Hy,
I see an interesting issue in Ubuntu Precise with Orca 3.3.5 version.
Some menu types Orca doesn't spokening right the menues mnemonic
informations if checked the speak object mnemonics check box.
I see this issue under Gnome Terminal view menu and terminal menu, and
the Gedit application view menu and tools menu.
Usual happening this issue with check menu items and submenues, this
situation Orca spokening only "ALT+" text, not the mnemonic information.
I reported this issue with following report and attached a debug.out file:

I use with GNOME3 Fallback session when I experienced this issue, I
generated my custom live CD with yesterday.
