[orca-list] Mouse over object

Dear all,
            How can we enter in to the mouse over object while we
using inter net. Insert + star in the number pad is not working for
that purpose. In some web sites we cannot read by flat review. In only
one web site I have visited through mouse over object by pressing
number pad star only. So any one can give suggestions.
