Can you obtain a core file and get a backtrace in gdb?
To enable core dumps use ulimit -c unlimited
then start X and Orca from the shell in which you enabled core dumps (e.g.,
with the startx command). If you obtain a crash and a core file, you'll need
debugging symbols installed to obtain the backtrace. There are plenty of
instructions around the Web regarding how to use gdb so I won't repeat those
here.
With that information in hand you can then submit a bug report about at-spi 2.
