[orca-list] key bindings for getting to the bottom panel

Hello list,

i have linuxmint 13 installed and have a question about getting to the 
bottom panel. I'm in Gnome 3 using classic Gnome. I can't get to the 
bottom panel by pressing alt control and tab. Does anyone know where I 
should go to set these key bindings to get to the bottom panel? Any help 
would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
