In Ubuntu 12.04, Skype is much more accessible, though I still suggest 
controlling it with Pidgin.  It's all doable without help, now.  
Thunderbird Mail and Orca play bvery well together, as well, especially 
now that I've updated the accessibility parts from the Proposed repo.
