Re: [orca-list] 12.04 final release

For anyone who wants to get the release quickly, go to
http://releases.ubuntu.com/precise/
and grab either the 32bit or 64bit torrent. I downloaded both in 10 minutes.

Thanks,
Jeremy

The new orca, at-spi2-core, lib-at-spi, and other things are already
in proposed updates. You could enable that repo, and get them now.

Looks good as it was a few days ago.
We should awaite an Update of Orca, which I guess is due in a weeks time.
Other than that, all is well.
Happy hacking.

I'm not sure what time new versions of Ubuntu usually become available,
but it seems like Precise went live earlier this morning in the US, and
I recall Oneric also went live pretty early in the morning. The site and
the downloads seem pretty sluggish right now, so it might be worth
waiting a bit.

Hello, Andy.

It is a little past 7a.m. here in California, and it looks like Ubuntu
12.04 has launched. I'm heading over to download it now. Very excited to
try it out!
