I'm not sure what time new versions of Ubuntu usually become available,
but it seems like Precise went live earlier this morning in the US, and
I recall Oneric also went live pretty early in the morning. The site and
the downloads seem pretty sluggish right now, so it might be worth
waiting a bit.

Hello, Andy.
It is a little past 7a.m. here in California, and it looks like Ubuntu
12.04 has launched. I'm heading over to download it now. Very excited to
try it out!
