Hello.
I assume you mean Wubi? No, it will install a long side windows, and
provide you with an option at startup to switch to Ubuntu. This method
does not partition your hard drive. Regarding your netbook issue, you
will need to go in to the bios at startup and look for an option called
FN key mode or something similar. you will need to change this from
multi-media to F keys or something similar. Sorry i can't be more
specific but every netbook has different configuration instructions, i
would need the model to give you exact step by step instructions.
