[orca-list] a small delay in the menus

Hi all.
I have observed that sometimes orca take a small delay to announce the
menus when I press the alt+f10 key.
If I restart orca the small delay disappear.
I can not reproduce all the time and I can not create a debug file since
when I restart orca the problem disappear.
This is with ubuntu 12.04 with all updates and latest orca built from
master.
