[orca-list] orca not starting at start up newbie question

I am new to orca and linux.
When I first had linux installed orca came up every time I started the
computer.
Now it doesn't come up I have to use the command control-alt-o to restart
it.
I have the box ticked that says have orca start at log on.
I just can't figure it out with my limited knowledge of orca and linux.
Any suggestions please.
I researched it and can't find the answer.
