I don't know much about the availability of audio tutorials but one
good starting place is http://live.gnome.org/Orca (Orca must be
capitalized in URL).  Actually, I just looked there and there is a
link to audio tutorials on that first page.  this is a wikki which
should give you a bunch of information.  Oh and when she gets
aclemated to using a screen reader and such, she is more than welcome
to come to this list and ask more questions here and people on this
list can help further along.  A lot of people use Ubuntu and Vinux is
a version of Ubuntu that has been further customized to help blind
people get started faster.
