[orca-list] Unity 3D ppa with extra a11y updated

Hi,

just to mention that I have just updated the ppa with Unity providing
some extra a11y and interaction with orca, to be based on Unity 4.20.

Note that this is still affected by this bug:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/860805

That prevents in somecases the focus on the Dash.
