        HI all,


I am new to Linux so please excuse these questions. 
I use a macintosh as my main OS of choice here an IMac.
I want though for now to boot a live CD of Ubuntu 11.04 and try it out to see what all the talk is about :)
Firstly 
1. Do other macintosh users use ubuntu?
2. HOw with 11.04 do I start orca?
I boot from the cd, press enter which i assume is try ubuntu and when I hear the jugnle startup sound I do 
alt, f2, orca, enter, but nothing happening.
I have more queries but these will do for now, smile
