[orca-list] When Orca using liblouis tables, not always time appliing translation rules

Hy,

I see an interesting think for Liblouis tables and Orca related:
If the cursor have a Line for example with a first word, and for example 
have defined a translation rule for Liblouis table, Orca not apply the 
translation rule.
For example, in english grade2 braille the always word replaced with alw 
word, but this is not happening if the cursor have always word any place.
So, this is a general design to translations not applying with cursor 
positioned words?
