Hy,

I confirmed this for Natty. Very nice fix.
Will be awailable this fix for Orca 3.0 maintenance version?
I found some exceptions my Natty system:
The bottom panel I added window chooser applet, when I press CTRL+F1 
key, Orca spokening right the applet name "window chooser", othervise 
spokening only "wnck-applet".
I tomorrow will be look how can work this fix for example with Lucid.
