Hi,

Those are two different TTS Engines developed by Cepstral. The Theta
engine is their older TTS engine used by their older voices like Frank
and Emily. The Swift 5 TTS engine is their current TTS engine and is
the one used by most of their voices like David, Callie, Diane, Amy,
etc. If you are looking at purchasing one of the Cepstral voices for
use with Orca  and Speech-Dispatcher get the Swift voices.
