[orca-list] Starting Gnome3 within Arch linux

Hi all,
OK, so now I have been trying to launch Gnome3 from my newly installed Arch linux, but it doesn't work. I 
have tried to start it with startx but then I get error messages, like xclock is missing so I installed the 
xclock as well as some other dependencies it was complaining about but it still doesn't work.
So, what should I do, since it is not posible to have accessible login with gdm.
