Hi,
I have set keys for increase and decrease speech rate. When I use the keys the speech rate does change, and as long as I don't switch applications with alt tab the rate stays the same. However, if I change to another application, the speech rate goes back to the rate I had set in preferences. Also, in firefox, it only seems to effect the speech rate for the links voice. Can anyone else confirm? should I file a bug?
Thanks
Storm
