[orca-list] Orca with Webkit?

Hi All,
What is the minimum version of WebKitGTK that I need for it to work with 
Orca? I've been trying to get it working with Epiphany among other 
things in Archlinux, but while I can tab around and hear links that way, 
I can't arrow or otherwise review a document, so I'm wondering if Arch's 
version of Webkit is too old. iT'S VERSION 1.2.7.
