[orca-list] java applets

Can anyone tell how accessible java applets are? This can be using linux,
orca, and firefox or windows 7, nvda, and IE8. We are trying to access a
site through citrix vpn and they use a lot of java applets and so far I
have not been able to read anything. Any help will be much appreciated.
