I have got a good news:
Joanie fixed the Openoffice.org/Libreoffice.org titlebar saying related bug.
The fix is landed with master branch, orca-xdesktop branch and gnome-3-0 
branch.
Joanie, what chance to doing Orca team future a 3.0.3 maintenance release?
Or, if only this fix committed a time period level future with gnome-3-0 
branch, the unofficial maintenance version making is distributors 
choice, because officialy the 3.0 release maintenance is finished?
