[orca-list] What now hand editing need braille related preferences need doing a GUI control for Orca preferences dialog/braille page?

Hy,

Now, some braille related preferences not have gui control to setting 
with Orca Preferences dialog.
Have already enhancement request this related? What now hand editing 
need braille preferences need doing a gui possibility?
I think following braille settings are importanter with now not have gui 
set possibility:
1. Sure settings with I known what meaning from src/orca/settings.py 
comments:
"enableBrailleGrouping": false,
"enableFlashMessages": true
"brailleFlashTime": 5000,
flashIsPersistent": false (I think this setting not sure need a gui setting)
"enableBrailleContext": true,

2. Not sure settings:
        "brailleAlignmentStyle": 0,
Have a setting with I forgot and important?
