[orca-list] Safely upgrade Ubuntu?

Hi.
Those who upgraded to Ubuntu Natty, how did you do it with Orca? Did you
shell in from another box and run sudo do-release -upgrade -d? I am
asking because the last time I tried to upgrade, espeak switched to
another language half way through.
