[orca-list] A small problem in the current git

Hello,

I just came across an error which prevented Orca from restarting after some unknown crash.  The problem was 
that the process "espeak-synthesi" was still running even though Orca had crashed.  This caused Orca to 
silently fail to start.  Printing the message "TIMEOUT: something has hung.  Aborting."  

I think it would be reasonable to try to kill "espeak-synthesi" if it is running and continue with the 
startup of Orca.
