[orca-list] planning an upgrade to unity 2d, need basic keystrokes

hello all,
I am migrating to unity 2d with Ubuntu 11.10,
Precisely I need the keystrokes for going to the menu, and any other 
basic keystrokes that are needed for daily usage.
I wish to use firefox, thunderbird, libre office and eclipse.
Alternatively, I would like to know if there are some special keystrokes 
for gnome 3 shell which are different than gnome 2.
Please let me know how I can shift to gnome 3 shell if need be.
