Which is a different problem than Orca addresses. Orca is a screen reader.

orCall.py imports;

orca.orca
orca.speech


Perhaps you should instead be using speech-dispatcher. See for instance:
http://cvs.freebsoft.org/doc/speechd.old/speech-dispatcher_15.html
