[orca-list] scope of this lis

Hi,
In a perfect world, we would all only address Orca related questions to the 
list for Orca.
Although it is ultimately the choice of the moderator of the list; but since 
it was asked, I think that we all need a place to turn to when things aren't 
going as expected in a new or unfamiliar operating system.
And if this list were inundated with Orca questions alone, then I think it 
would make sense to try to hold the list to Only Orca questions.
But if we want to promote Orca and Ubuntu, we should offer, along with real 
assistance,  information to joining a better list, in case the person with 
the question would like to join another group, but I believe it is not to 
the best interest of Orca to not help folks who need help in general as 
well.
