Hello Luciano,
I believe your questions regarding radio software and youtube may have had responses. On the topic of blogs, 
as you have not had a response regarding that, may be the following will be useful.

I know of two pieces of software which I think work with orca. One is drivel the other is gnome-blog. I don't 
know how well they work with all types of blogs and whether there are some tasks orca may struggle with, 
however I have used drivel for writing a blogger.com/blogspot blog and it was certainly usable.
