Hy Storm,

I now maked your get clipboard related function upstream level 
compatible patch. I copyed your code from with your 
orca-customizations.py file, and little part modified only with your 
code. I think very need for this function with upstream level.
I attached my patch for following bugreport, hopefuly my patch is right:

Of course I keep with your used keystroke when I implementing upstream 
level compatible patch, if perhaps upstream level compatible patch is 
will be committing for master branch, users with like your implemented 
function is not need learning an another keystroke later.
