Sounds like it might very well be. Strangely enough, I've not yet been
able to reproduce it with either OOo 3.2 or the developer snapshots.

Anything in your debug.out tell you why Orca is unhappy?

Assuming that dialog is accessible.

If we can get some actual output that sheds light on what's going on, it
would be awesome to have it all in a bug. Bugzilla is our to-do list.
