Hi Mattias,Are it possible to do rdp connections from ubuntu to windows and get speech output from jaws? I meen you don't have jaws on ubuntu The challenge with RDP and other remoting technologies (e.g. VNC) is getting the remote audio. I'm not aware of any Linux software that will do this, though a student at NC State University - Sina Bahram - did some work on a "Remote Access Bridge" that would do the opposite - tunnel audio alongside a VNC connection from a GNU/Linux GNOME desktop to a Windows machine. While this may not be what you are looking for.. there are commercial solutions (e.g. Oracle Sun Ray) which will allow you to have a remote Windows desktop via RDP over which you can use JAWS. Some of these commercial solutions (e.g. Oracle Sun Ray) will provide ro you either or both of a remote Linux desktop and a remote Windows desktop (or for that matter, a remote Solaris desktop).
