Joanie, could be the same problem that you find in eclipse?
Thanks.

Hi Storm and all.
This indeed confirmed.
Depending on the type of the content pasted, pidgin crashes. But it only
happens when orca is active.
To reproduce try the following:
1. launch orca and pidgin.
2. Try to send a message to some contact via pidgind and paste in the
message the following:
orca-list gnome org
At least in my environment pidgin dies.
Actually I am running pidgin 2.7.4devel.

Hi Storm.
I can confirm that sometimes when I paste something in pidigin, it
crashes.
I don't know if it happens only when orca is active.

Hi,
I think I have found a bug with Orca and Pidgin. It doesn't happen 100
percent of the time, but about 95 percent at least. If Orca is running
and I try to paste something into an im window it crashes. If Orca is
not running and I paste in the text it does not crash. If anyone else
can confirm this I'll go file a bug.
thanks
Storm
