Re: [orca-list] Navigating in Firefox

Well, you can type in insert+h or caps_lock+h in Orca to check the help, just as you can press insert+1 in Jaws. If in Firefox, I think - although I am not in my pc with Linux to test - if you do it and press, for instance, h after that, you can check that it jumps to the next heading, just like in Jaws. The difference is that there is no forms mode in Orca, so you can press tab to leave it.

HTH,
André!

Subject: [orca-list] Navigating in Firefox

Hi all, I'm new to the list, new to orca and new to ubuntu so it's been
a lot to begin to learn. I've been using screen readers from before PCs.
I'm coming from a Windows environment and screen readers which work
there. I'm wondering if there are commands in firefox to navigate by
heading, find the next button or the next text. If this is documented
somewhere, feel free to point me in that direction. Otherwise, I would
appreciate some hints. Thanks.
