Well, you can type in insert+h or caps_lock+h in Orca to check the help, 
just as you can press insert+1 in Jaws. If in Firefox, I think - although I 
am not in my pc with Linux to test - if you do it and press, for instance, h 
after that, you can check that it jumps to the next heading, just like in 
Jaws. The difference is that there is no forms mode in Orca, so you can 
press tab to leave it.
