[orca-list] Methods of speech_generator.SpeechGenerator

Hello developers.

I work currently on a solution for # 620 331 and in the discussion was
briefly mentioned that in lists or trees, not the number of the item is
spoken.

For example, '2 of 5 ', if you select an entry in a list.

After looking at the Orca code I found in the class
speech_generate.SpeechGenerator a few methods that are responsible. Such
as _generateRow (). But they seem not to be used.

Is there a reason?
