[orca-list] interesting find with maverick

hi i told you all i had ben arguing with speech in maverick will i did some
tests i uninstalled all the speech stuff and started with speech-dispatcher
and it seams that orca is breaking the sound i still haven't fixed the
modual issue with speechd-up yet but think i am closer to having a fix
