[orca-list] Has the issue of having two copys of Orca launch while going through the setup process been resolved?

Hi, subject pretty much asks my question.
I was told that there is a general issue with Orca where if you go
through and start setting it up for use with your prefered speech
envirnoment and such that near the end another copy will launch. Any
ideas on if this has been resolved?
Also, I forget, but how does one start that process of manually
setting up Orca for the first time?

Isn't it something like orca --setup --text?
