[orca-list] Anybody have any ydea how can possible fix Orca verbalized punctuation related bug?

Hy List,

Very old time following bugreport is opened, but unfortunately not fixed 
yet, because possible not easy to fix this bug:

Because I think GNOME-Speech driver is deprecated in GNOME 3.0, and 
Speech-dispatcher will be default speech engine, anybody have an ydea 
how can possible fix this bug in Orca/Speech-dispatcher/Open TTS? Need 
fixing this bug in Orca, or this two speech backend?
Now, when I would like translate a simbol, need add the simbol in Espeak 
language file if I known right (for example hungarian language rule 
file), and need put the .speech-dispatcher/conf/modules/espeak.conf file 
if I want hear this simbol in Orca few and most punctuation setting.
Oldest time I very like GNOME-Speech driver with translator perspective, 
because if a punctuation character or simbol marked translation with 
src/orca/chnames.py and setted a minimum punctuation level with 
src/orca/punctuation_settings.py file, this work enough if I want send a 
translated simbol for hungarian Espeak gnome-speech driver for example 
with most punctuation setting.
But, when I switch now in Orca the punctuation setting from most to few, 
and if I put some simbols with 
.speech-dispatcher/conf/modules/espeak.conf file, of course 
Speech-dispatcher punctuation setting is not changed when I do 
punctuation setting change in Orca.
Of course I not want criticism the Speech-dispatcher speech backend, 
because I very like this speech backend. Very stable and fast this 
speech backend in my Lucid system, so, Speech-dispatcher choose is a 
good choose.
